Characteristics: Hay colored. Bouquet typical of the Chidiriotiko grape in blanc de noirs processing,
combining light muscat with flowers and citrus fruit. Delightful saltiness combined with a fresh taste of
pear. Although dry, Methymnaeos white has sherry-like sweetness and depth. Minerality recalls the
scent of sulfur, abundant in the volcanic soil of Lesvos.
