Characteristics: Orange color. Scent of orange marmalade and bergamot. The taste of orange gradually gives way to apricot and a hint of toffee. Umami and a round mouthfeel evoking sweetness. Earthy finish, pleasantly textured and rich. This wine has been designed and made from scratch to be well-liked by most people, not only those already familiar with and fond of orange wines. By most accounts it manages to do so.
Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled on its own or with pies, omelet, salmon, all kinds of roe, duck and non-western food like curries or sushi. Works well, too, as an aperitif or after-dinner wine.
