Methymnaeos Organic Dry Orange Wine
Methymnaeos Organic Dry Orange Wine

Appellation: Protected Geographical Indication Lesvos
Varietal Composition: 100% Chidiriotiko grapes
Production Techniques: Fermentation without temperature control, instead of the 16° C used for white Methymnaeos. The higher temperature makes the wine orange and more robust than Methymnaeos white.
Characteristics: Orange color. Bouquet combines muscat with orange, both fresh and in the form of marmalade. Long, earthy finish with an elegant minerality, originating from the volcanic soil of western Lesvos where the vines are grown.
Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled as stand-alone wine or with salmon, duck and non-western dishes like sushi. Works well as an aperitif or after-dinner wine.
